惡劣天氣安排

黃色或紅色暴雨、三號或以下颱風警告

黃色或紅色暴雨警告、三號或以下颱風警告生效期間，教室會如常運作，學生仍須上課。

The center will be operating as usual when the red rainstorm signal or typhoon signal number 3 is hoisted.

黑色暴雨警告

如天文台在課堂開始前發出黑色暴雨警告，課堂將會取消；但若在課堂進行途中發出，課堂則會繼續。如因黑色暴雨警告關係而導致任何危險情況或不宜上課，課堂不排除會即時中止並取消課堂。

If the black rainstorm warning is issued by the Hong Kong Observatory before the class starts, the class will be canceled; if it is issued during the class, the class will continue. If there is any dangerous situation or it is not suitable for class due to the black rainstorm warning, our school does not rule out that the class will be suspended and canceled immediately.

八號或以上颱風警告

如天文台發出八號或以上颱風警告，所有課堂將會取消；如有關警告於課堂進行期間發出，課堂會即時終止及取消。

Classes will be canceled for the moment when

-The Hong Kong Observatory announces the estimated time when Typhoon Warning Signal No. 8 will be in force and/or

-Typhoon Warning Signal No. 8, or the Black Rainstorm Warning, is in force.

復課安排

如天文台取消黑色暴雨、八號或以上颱風警告，所有課堂將於兩小時後復課；若兩小時後已過了課堂的開始時間，該課堂將會取消。凡因颱風警告信號或暴雨警告關係而取消之課堂，會另外提供補堂、但不設順延或扣減學費。

If the warnings are lowered, classes scheduled to start 2 hours after the warnings are lowered or removed will continue to resume. Classes that are disrupted or cancelled due to adverse weather conditions, enforced closures by the government, or any other special circumstances will not be refunded or postponed. We will rearrange the make-up lessons for the students.

請假 調堂 補堂 指引

​

1. 如上堂前沒有請假及通知則作無故缺席論，並不安排補堂。

If a child does not show up for the scheduled make-up lesson, the make-up lesson is forfeited.

2. 即日請假不出示醫生證明或臨時缺席不得申請補堂。

A make-up lesson will be offered for each absence that is supported by a doctor’s note. If a doctor’s note is unavailable, make-up lessons will not be arranged.

3. 所有未完成之課堂都不適用於以下情況：包括轉讓、順延、轉課程、退款或在下一期學費扣回等…

All unfinished courses do not apply to the following situations: transfer, postponement, course transfer, refund, refund of tuition fees in the next semester, etc.

4. 補堂最多可以延遲至下一期(下期學費不能扣回上期未補回的堂數)。若不能補回，便自動作廢，不設退款。

The make-up lesson must be taken within one month of the absence, or it will be forfeited and cannot be refunded.

5. 我們會提供補堂時間給學員選擇，請注意

• 補堂有機會安排並非原來之老師任教

• 需要該堂有位才可安排補堂

We will provide make-up time for students to choose from; please keep this in mind.

• Make-up classes have the opportunity to arrange for teachers who are not the original ones to teach.

• Make-up classes can only be arranged if there is a seat in the class.

6. 補堂當日缺席之學員作放棄論，該課堂將不會作出任何第二次補堂安排。

Make-up lessons will not be arranged for absences without prior notice.

7. 所有補堂安排一經確認將不可更改。

All make-up arrangements cannot be changed once confirmed.

​

8. 所有請假申請均須以補堂形式安排，而不可作退款處理。

All leave requests must be made up and cannot be refunded.
